i went for a writing test at mediacorp press- its for some internship this coming holidays but i think that i was quite 瞎 so we'll see how it goes larh..cos most prob going for SOT- then like that cannot take on internship le- i was quite unbothered about the test actually- i dint bring the documents (which i seriously dint know that you have to bring them) and i was dressed in t-shirt and jeans while this other girl wore formal ( hey, i did consider wearing formal- just that i think its going for a test and not interview so i dint)...the test was ok but i felt like asking the person- like can i test for the 中文部 cos i think i write better in chinese but my typing in chinese is bad though and the 中文部 looking for all the chinese majors larh...the 3 time that i am in raffles place in the past 7 days- 2 interviews before this which both was ok but dint work out- so i am thinking whether is it all aligned according to the will of God. but today i had a little more time, i took a stroll and i spend some time with myself.
走在那忙碌的人群中， 我感到有点格格不入，很陌生！i felt so out of place there- and in the end i walked to chinatown and the pace there was a little slower.
i decided on mac since i really dont know what do i want to eat- so i ordered the usual nuggets student meal and guess what i got an extra piece- so i had 7 pieces instead of 6- 赚到！and i was feeling really happy and blessed about it- just that day i was asking if there is any chance that they will give you an extra piece by mistake and our conclusion was NO! but today that happened and i felt so happy. the little things in life that makes your life a little brighter! :)
wanted to take bus to school from the bus-stop outside the mac but decided that i wanna have some more time off with myself and i went to this dessert store.
and there is the shop name. i think if i am not wrong- they are the one who is the brand behind one of the famous peanuts! hahaha
i ordered mango sago with pomelo..its good- better than the ah chew one down at bugis..really..its worth a try...
today i learnt that we need to spend some time and just spend some time with yourself. i did things with myself and i did things i never thought before. i ate my lunch alone and i actually went to the dessert store alone. but its not a bad thing. you dont have to think of things to say to people, you dont have to compromise according to the time and schedule of others, just have fun with yourself. its a good experience!! felt like i am a tourist and its like a scene out of those show that show the character going ard the country just being alone and getting fascinated with the surroundings- that was how it felt like.

the second life thing is not working on my comp- causes my whole comp to lag and hang and i am toally dont feel like doing the thing already but its really quite fun- after you get a hang of it and it does not hang ur comp! haix..make me headache, giddy and sick- i think i shall retire for the night!!
