you cant deny that 张惠妹can sing and has a really good voice- been hearing this song and i think that its a really nice song!! so here it is!

Pastor Kong preached a great message the weekend that just passed. how good to have a pastor that year after year would enouraged us and teach us about the principles of God that will propel us to do greater things through God and with God. that our lives would not be one that it ordinary and mediocre but one that is exciting and one that we would not regret..one that lives life to the fullest. and the best part is that this couple epitomises what they preach! i dont think that there is another couple who are doing so much for the church and on top of that for the people who are in the world who are in need. and you see the leadership having so much compassion for the people who needs help not becos they want them to come to church but simply becos they want to help and they want to make a difference and be that light in the world where there is great misery and rejection- to bring a glimmer of hope and love to the world that is lacking in them. but the best part is that this dream team not only do it, they teaches people to do it so that more people in the world can be blessed! how's that!! i am glad once again to be part of this great church with such great leaders!

just reminded of world aids day- they were selling flowers to raise funds for the Aids patients and i walked passed (and bought the flowers of cos!) and i thought to myself- hey, this is what i have been doing the whole sem too! and i feel glad cos its like able to help some people by doing what i am doing. i think sometimes we get so caught up with the things that we are doing that we miss the joy in all these things and its really a joy to help the less fortunate! i am glad to be involved in the StompAIDS team and i am glad that we managed to raise money for them as well. through the project, it make me more sensitive to the needs that are out there in the world and it really makes me want to help out more and do more. Alot of us can do it but we just give ourselves excuses not to and then it will go back to something very basic then- what is your conviction? and what do you want to achieve? once you have set out what you want to do- you will get it done no matter what. its not a matter of time, its a matter of whether you want to get it done or not! if you want, you can make a difference!!

help someone live their lives to their fullest by doing what you can!! i want to be more socially minded and help more people in the coming year!! (:

speaking of which, come and paint your potential and help paint someone else potential this coming 11-12 dec @ P.S.P camp with IC zone at that scouts camp!! its gonna be fun and exciting!!!!!! i am so looking forward to my first ever church camp since i came to church!! so nice!!!
