all the 老歌 started coming back to my mind. that day had a short meet up with siang and we had a short session of k before siang gotta leave..thank God it was ladies night so not so 心痛! haha. we digged up all those as old as you can think of songs to sing. i was looking for 很爱很爱你 but i dint remember what song it was and i thought that it was 后来..came back did a search then realised its the wrong song. at that time i only remember that i was looking for this song with these 2 verses of the song:

i really really really like this song but when siang saw the MV we BOTH agree that the song is SUPER OLD larh..and she claim that its her mom's era one..i only got to hear this song like last year and its the 蔷薇之恋 version (which i havent get around to watching but like a little long..hahah)anyway i like 百合- maybe that is why i like the song..hahaha..oh wells..the song just finished playing on my itunes and the next song is 叶子..not going to turn this into a lyrics search..hahaha...

you know sometimes you try to hold on to something and then you begin to realise that you are the only one who is the one who is living in the past when everyone else has moved on. maybe its time to come to a realisation that even though that you think that you havent changed, you have been changed by your surroundings, your circumstances and the people who are around you. you will never be the same as you are a month ago, or a week ago or even the same as yesterday cos everyday you go through experiences that changes your life. sometimes we hate to admit that things that the conditions are no longer the same, we selfishly trying to hold on to something precious and refuse to let it go. the others have moved on, things have changed and perhaps its time to face the fact that things are no longer the same as it was in the past.

perhaps like what pastor say, until you move out of your tradition of things that you are so used to, so comfortable with --> you will be living in the past in a condition which i would think its as if its denial cos there is sth beautiful that we are afraid that if we even take a little inch it would be destroyed but until we move, we never know that it is now only a mirage, a part of what we now call the past and memories. There are decisions that has to be made, there are things that has to be chose, to move out of the comfort zone into a period of transition and change before you are going to experience transformation. before a butterfly can become so beautiful, there were much pain and struggle as the metamorphosis takes place.

may we all change to be stronger and more beautiful as we go through the transitions and the challenges in our lives!
