All of us needs that tranquility and the time with ourselves but the thing is, we seldom get around to doing that. Blame it on the busyness of life, blame it on the many other things that we have to do and "settle" but well, all of us have 24 hours and God is fair in that. So, I guess that would means, what are the things that we are making time for and what are the things that we are not really making time for.

Sometimes, it would be good to slow down, take some time off to think and reflect before moving on to doing other things and allow busyness to rob us of the quality time that we ought to have with ourselves.

I should be getting some sleep at 3am. Hope that the dreams will be sweet and not rob me of the rest that I should be getting!
