♣ A New (Another) Journey Begins...

I decided to revive my blog, not that it is dead dead kind of dead but I haven't been penning down my thoughts as often as last time. Well, of cos if we were to go back to the old time, most of the posts are that kind of emo-nemo kind which is not very positive as well. AHHHH!!! But who doesn't have a past? hahahhaha..self-consolation! lalallalala..
ooooh..realised that I dint really blogged about my the other new journey yet, then again..dont think that there is much to blog about that though! Anyway, so what new journey am I referring to here?
Tomorrow, the 2nd November 2012 is going to be the birthday of N486 YOUTHS, I am excited, though I admit that I really need to dedicate myself to prayer and fasting all over again. It was quite "low maintenance" leading young adults sometimes and like what some of my friends will say, they go into this "auto pilot" mode and you don't need to do much. But that also means that we haven't been seeing growth and fruits added for the past one year! Oh God, forgive us, for we do not know what we are doing! ):
Anyways, Youths are good because they are full of energy! Like the picture below:
Alright, I must confess that at the moment, it will look more like this instead:
YES!! I almost can't believe it, we are going to be taking in the Children's Church graduates this year!!! I almost can see the me from 3 years ago look at me and slap me! Something that I can't imagine myself doing! Not that I would be the main person doing all the ground work! ): Think that I really wouldn't be able to connect as well anymore!! HEYS!!! Get thee behind me you devil spirit! Who says that I will not be able to connect? Not by strength, not by might but by the POWER of the Holy Spirit.
I think that it is time for me to step out of my comfort zone, to take up this baton all over again! I know that I have people with me who are all out to support my vision and I thank God for that! I know that they are going to do an awesome job and they have the calling, the vision and the anointing for youth works! Looking forward to seeing God use them mightily in a great way!!!
This is going to be an awesome way to end 2012! It might have started out rocky, plateau during the year but it shall NOT remain this way!! How we end the year is going to determine how we are going to enter the next! I want to enter 2013 victorious!!! Woohoo!! Looking forward to the raising up of a new generation in this CG through Joeann, Limei and Wanhong!! Slowly but surely, I know that more will be added into this army of warriors, who will be a blessing to the next generation!
This phase "do not put old wine into new wineskin" keep coming to my mind recently. Think that it is time to explore the passage and see what truths there are for us to look at before we end this year.
(Yah larh..I know that you guys will surely come and read the blog one!!)

I know that God has given you a vision and this "urgency" to do something amongst the youths! And when God give a vision, He will surely give the provision. Don't look back and try to "follow" how some of the other leaders in your life had been. They are they, and you are you. Continue to lean on the Holy Spirit to show you what kind of leader you are and you can become, let your identity take root in the person of the Holy Spirit! Only you can be Joeann to your members.
This might be a rough journey to begin on, its a path not ventured by many in the zone for a long time. BUT it is NOT impossible because with God all thing are possible! BUT it is also going to take hard work and its going to take time and most of all, it is going to take you into a deeper relationship with God to BREAKTHROUGH the fellow ground and once that is broken, revival will begin to sweep through at a rate that you have never imagine before.
So begin to prepare yourself, begin to speak like a leader, begin to visualize yourself as a leader amongst the youth and begin to carry yourself like one. Not how the leaders in your life were but how you want to become. and it shall come to pass.

Frankly, I am very excited! I know that this must be sounding quite weird but I am excited cos I know that God is going to use you in a great way. Maybe we have had some run-ins and all throughout the years. And in a lot of ways, you are as much a leader as some of us CGLs, we "grew up" together to become leaders, you saw our good side, our bad side and definitely the ugly side (oppppssss!!!)
I know that things haven't been easy for you and on you but I believe that there was this "breaking" that you had to go through during the past 1-2 years that brought you to a deeper level of understanding of (not just) God but of yourself! And God have to allow that to happen, so that you know and you know WHO is the person you want to become in HIM! You are one of the strongest person I know (I know people always say that I am strong etc...but I am not..okays..we all are in our own ways!) And I know that God has great thing in store for you.
Be prepared IN SEASON and even more so OUT of season. That which you have been calling out, crying out. That dream which you thought had died, God is breathing into it and your miracle is in that "stretch", to push through and wrestle with God like how Jacob did and God will come and He will bring you to the next level. Do not lose heart! God is with you, closer than your very breath!

For you ahhhh?? FAITH! Think you need FAITH! The kind of faith that will scream out, the kind of faith to don't care what people think of you, the kind of faith to abandon everything and say "I don't care, God called me to be a leader, no matter what it takes, I am going to make it happen. God is with me!"
Let us see that "push", not one which will "turn people off" but one that make things happen. Not just faithfully serving but one that is "aggressive" and going in to possess the promises that God has promised you! Its there, crossover, reach out and it shall be yours! Hunger, thirst and desperation!! Pull yourself up towards God. He is waiting! (:
Why become like a time of prophesy like that? LOLs..Feel so excited though! hahahhaha..

Let's live a life that will leave behind a LEGACY!!! Thank you girls for running together in this journey! We're all serving God together!! <3 font="font" hugss="hugss">
